Meet Chef Corrie

Salt & Spice was born from Chef Corrie’s love of cooking and her passion for bringing people together in the kitchen. With over 25 years of experience leading hands-on cooking experiences, she combines her formal training in Professional Thai Cuisine with deep knowledge of Indian, European, and other global flavours.

Chef Corrie is also the author of a cookbook filled with 74 of her favourite Thai recipes ‘Try Thai’, now also available in German, sharing the flavours that inspire her with a wider audience. She is currently working on her second cookbook. Stay tuned
